Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, sea, and ground carriers
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, commercial invoices)
- Track shipments in real-time using WMS/TMS systems
- Resolve delivery delays and exceptions proactively
- Collaborate with warehouse teams on inventory allocation
- Optimize freight costs through carrier negotiations
- Ensure compliance with DOT and international trade regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficient in WMS/TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong Excel skills for data analysis
- Familiarity with Incoterms 2020
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage high-volume deadlines
- DOT Hazmat certification preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
