Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including documentation, customs clearance, and carrier scheduling
- Monitor inventory levels and trigger replenishment orders to prevent stockouts
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and finance teams for seamless operations
- Analyze shipping metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Maintain accurate shipment databases and provide real-time tracking updates
- Ensure compliance with DOT, IATA, and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active)
- Certification in Logistics (CSCP, CLTD, or CSCP preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and export regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in time-sensitive environments
- Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
