Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments across multiple carriers
- Manage inventory documentation and customs compliance
- Optimize routing to minimize transit costs and delays
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS systems
- Resolve shipping discrepancies with vendors/customers
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams
- Generate shipping reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Expertise in SAP, Oracle, or TMS platforms
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Excel proficiency with data analysis skills
- OSHA/FMCSA compliance awareness
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain preferred
