Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including documentation, customs clearance, and carrier selection
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize warehouse operations to prevent delays
- Build and maintain relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transportation partners
- Track shipments proactively and resolve any logistical issues or discrepancies
- Prepare shipping labels, bills of lading, and compliance documentation
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve client inquiries
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, customs regulations, and hazardous materials handling
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and ability to lift 25 lbs when required
- Associate's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred
