Responsibilities
- Operate electric/pneumatic forklifts to move materials efficiently
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory in designated zones
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Follow strict safety protocols and conduct pre-shift equipment checks
- Collaborate with night shift team to meet daily production targets
- Report maintenance issues promptly to maintenance supervisor
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per night
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (company-paid)
- Reliable transportation to night shift schedule
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
