Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end domestic/international shipments via air, sea, and ground carriers
- Generate and manage shipping documentation (BOLs, customs forms, commercial invoices)
- Track shipments in real-time and provide proactive updates to stakeholders
- Resolve shipping delays, customs issues, and carrier discrepancies
- Optimize freight costs through carrier negotiations and route planning
- Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse coordination
- Ensure compliance with TSA, FDA, and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and TMS platforms
- Expert knowledge of INCOTERMS, customs procedures, and hazardous materials
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Certified Logistics Professional (CLP) or equivalent preferred
- Ability to manage high-volume shipments in time-sensitive environments
