Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping operations for high-volume freight, including documentation compliance and carrier negotiations
- Track and optimize transportation routes using TMS software to minimize costs and transit times
- Liaise with customs brokers, warehouse teams, and international partners to resolve shipment delays
- Maintain real-time inventory visibility through WMS systems and proactively address stock discrepancies
- Generate performance reports for KPIs like on-time delivery rates and carrier reliability
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives in shipping workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics coordination with LTL/FTL shipping experience
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and hazardous materials handling
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with high-pressure situations
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Certified Transportation Professional (CTP) designation preferred
