Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments, including documentation, customs clearance, and carrier selection
- Track shipments in real-time using WMS and TMS systems, proactively resolving delays
- Optimize shipping routes and negotiate rates with carriers to reduce costs
- Liaise with warehouse, sales, and customs teams to ensure alignment on delivery schedules
- Maintain accurate shipping records and generate performance reports for stakeholders
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding shipment status and delivery issues
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives in shipping processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping coordination or logistics operations
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Blue Yonder preferred)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and international shipping regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10 training a plus
- Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
