Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule domestic/international shipments using TMS and WMS systems
- Manage documentation (BOLs, invoices, customs forms) to ensure compliance
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively resolve transit delays
- Liaise with carriers, vendors, and clients to maintain clear communication
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with warehouse team for efficient loading/unloading procedures
- Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping reports
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 3+ years of shipping coordination or logistics experience
- Proficiency with transportation management software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations and international shipping protocols
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak shipping seasons
