- Coordinate domestic/international shipments, including documentation and customs compliance
- Track and optimize freight routes using TMS software to minimize transit times
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for efficient loading/unloading schedules
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and provide real-time status updates to stakeholders
- Negotiate carrier rates and manage vendor relationships
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination role
- Proficient in TMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Valid Indiana driver's license and clean driving record
- Supply chain certification (CSCP, CLTD) preferred
