Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments, including carrier selection, documentation, and tracking
- Optimize inventory management and warehouse workflows to meet delivery deadlines
- Manage customs compliance and regulatory documentation for cross-border shipments
- Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and carrier teams to resolve shipping discrepancies
- Implement cost-effective shipping strategies and negotiate carrier rates
- Maintain accurate shipping records and generate performance reports
- Oversee special project shipments and high-priority order fulfillment
Qualifications
- 3+ years of logistics/shipping coordination experience
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training a plus
