Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments via ocean, rail, and truck
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, manifests) for compliance
- Track cargo in real-time using TMS and WMS platforms
- Resolve shipping delays and route disruptions proactively
- Liaise with carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse teams
- Analyze shipping data to optimize cost and delivery times
- Prepare monthly shipping performance reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years in shipping/logistics coordination
- Expertise in Incoterms® 2020 and export compliance
- Proficiency in TMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong negotiation skills with carriers
- Certified Customs Broker or CSCP preferred
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Spanish language skills highly valued
