Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, sea, and ground carriers
- Maintain accurate documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices)
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Resolve shipment delays and proactively communicate with stakeholders
- Negotiate rates with carriers and optimize routing strategies
- Ensure compliance with DOT, IATA, and customs regulations
- Collaborate with warehouse teams on loading/unloading schedules
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination role
- Proficiency in TMS software and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and export documentation
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
