Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes for import/export shipments via air, sea, and ground transport
- Maintain accurate documentation (Bills of Lading, customs forms, Incoterms)
- Liaise with carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse teams
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve transit delays
- Optimize routing and cost-efficiency for 50+ weekly shipments
- Comply with international trade regulations (CBP, FDA)
- Generate shipment reports and KPI dashboards
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in shipping software (Descartes, Blue Yonder)
- Knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and customs procedures
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or equivalent experience
- Fluent English/Spanish preferred for Miami market
- OSHA Hazmat certification a plus
