Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, rail, and truck
- Manage customs documentation and NAFTA compliance
- Track inventory levels and warehouse operations
- Liaise with carriers, vendors, and clients
- Analyze shipping costs and optimize routes
- Resolve logistics issues and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years shipping/logistics experience
- Proficient in WMS/TMS systems (SAP preferred)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Customs brokerage certification a plus
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
