Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments, ensuring timely dispatch and documentation compliance
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse logistics using ERP systems
- Collaborate with carriers to negotiate rates and resolve transit delays
- Prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs clearance documents
- Monitor shipment status proactively and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Optimize shipping routes to reduce costs and improve delivery efficiency
- Maintain compliance with TSA, FDA, and international trade regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in shipping coordination or logistics management
- Proficiency with WMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and export regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills required
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
