Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments across air, ground, and ocean freight
- Manage inventory control systems and warehouse documentation
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively resolve transit delays
- Liaise with carriers, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders
- Prepare shipping documents (BOLs, invoices, customs forms)
- Analyze logistics data to optimize routing and reduce costs
- Maintain compliance with DOT/OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination experience
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs procedures
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
- OSHA 30-hour certification a plus
