Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes from order fulfillment to final delivery
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse documentation systems
- Optimize freight routes and negotiate carrier contracts
- Resolve customs documentation and compliance issues
- Collaborate with sales teams to meet client delivery expectations
- Implement cost reduction strategies in shipping operations
- Maintain real-time shipment tracking and exception handling
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations (FCL/LCL, customs)
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
- Forklift certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
