Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate real-time inventory records using advanced WMS software
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies with meticulous attention to detail
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure efficient stock rotation and FIFO compliance
- Generate comprehensive inventory reports for management review
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with procurement teams on stock replenishment strategies
- Train staff on inventory control protocols and best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of inventory management experience in a warehouse setting
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data
- Forklift certification preferred
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
