Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments across truck, rail, and air carriers
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices) with 99% accuracy
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS software and proactively resolve delays
- Liaise with warehouse teams, carriers, and clients to ensure on-time delivery
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Maintain compliance with DOT, FDA, and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics or shipping coordination
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong knowledge of LTL, FTL, and intermodal shipping methods
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid California driver's license and clean MVR record
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
