Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipping activities across multiple carriers
- Manage inventory tracking and documentation compliance (customs forms, bills of lading)
- Optimize freight routes to minimize costs and transit times
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and escalate issues to management
- Maintain real-time shipment tracking systems for client visibility
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to prioritize urgent shipments
- Conduct monthly shipping cost analysis and reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency in TMS software (e.g., Oracle Transportation, Blue Yonder)
- Familiarity with INCOTERMS and international shipping regulations
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Valid AZ driver's license and clean driving record
- Associate degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience
