Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, land, and sea
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices)
- Track shipments using WMS/TMS systems
- Resolve shipping delays and carrier issues
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams
- Optimize routes for cost-efficiency and timeliness
- Maintain compliance with DOT/FAA regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS software
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms® 2020
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field
