Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across US-Mexico borders
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse documentation systems
- Liaise with carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse staff
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and ensure compliance with regulations
- Optimize routes to minimize transit costs and delays
- Maintain accurate shipment records and client communications
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics or shipping coordination
- Experience with cross-border shipping documentation
- Proficiency in WMS and TMS software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
