Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments via ocean, air, and ground carriers
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices) for 100+ shipments weekly
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively resolve transit delays
- Collaborate with warehouse teams on loading schedules and container optimization
- Build relationships with 3PL partners and negotiate favorable rates
- Generate shipment reports and analyze logistics KPIs
- Ensure compliance with DOT, IATA, and customs regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination with multi-modal experience
- Proficiency in TMS software (e.g., Blue Yonder, Oracle)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs clearance processes
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
- Forklift certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
