Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via ocean, air, and ground freight
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices) with 99% accuracy
- Optimize routes and carrier partnerships to reduce transit times by 15%
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS software and provide proactive updates
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely loading/unloading
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and maintain compliance with DOT/Customs regulations
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency with TMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and Microsoft Office
- Certification in logistics (CSCP, CLTD) or supply chain management preferred
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs procedures
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
