Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes across multiple carriers and modes
- Prepare and manage customs documentation, bills of lading, and shipping manifests
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve transit delays proactively
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and carrier teams to meet delivery SLAs
- Optimize shipping routes and negotiate carrier contracts
- Maintain accurate shipment databases and compliance records
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in high-volume environments
- Certification in logistics/supply chain (CSCP, CLTD) preferred
