Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments via air, ground, and sea freight
- Manage carrier relationships and negotiate competitive shipping rates
- Prepare and process customs documentation for cross-border shipments
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively resolve transit delays
- Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping documentation
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure efficient loading/unloading
- Implement process improvements to enhance shipping efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of logistics/shipping coordination experience
- Proficiency in TMS (Transportation Management Systems) and WMS software
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping regulations
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Forklift certification preferred
