Join our dynamic logistics team as a Shipping Coordinator in Portland! Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including documentation, customs clearance, and carrier negotiations
- Track and optimize freight shipments using TMS platforms like Oracle Transportation Management
- Liaise with vendors, customs brokers, and clients to resolve shipment discrepancies
- Prepare and maintain compliance paperwork (BOLs, invoices, customs forms)
- Analyze logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Manage inventory reconciliation and warehouse coordination for inbound/outbound shipments
Qualifications
- 3+ years in shipping/logistics coordination with international exposure
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding of Incoterms, customs regulations, and hazardous materials handling
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid Oregon driver's license and clean driving record
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
