Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, optimizing routes and carriers
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices) for compliance
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve transit delays proactively
- Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate freight rates and services
- Generate shipping reports and performance metrics
- Maintain relationships with 3PL partners and transportation providers
Qualifications
- 3+ years in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
- Experience with LTL/FTL carrier negotiations
- High school diploma; supply chain degree preferred
