Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments across multiple carriers and modes (air, ground, rail)
- Manage documentation compliance (customs forms, bills of lading, commercial invoices)
- Optimize freight routes to minimize costs while meeting delivery SLAs
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Resolve shipping delays and exceptions through proactive communication
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and customer service teams
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of shipping/coordination experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Proficiency in TMS platforms and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak seasons
- Forklift certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
