Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments across multiple carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL)
- Manage order processing, documentation (BOLs, commercial invoices), and compliance
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS systems and resolve transit delays
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory allocation
- Optimize shipping routes to reduce costs and improve delivery times
- Maintain client relationships through proactive shipment status updates
- Generate shipping reports and KPIs for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination role
- Proficiency in TMS software (Manhattan, Blue Yonder) and MS Office Suite
- Expert knowledge of Incoterms and customs regulations
- Strong analytical skills for route optimization and cost analysis
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree in Supply Chain preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
