Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and digital pick lists
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, carts) with on-site training
- Maintain organized inventory in designated zones with proper labeling
- Collaborate with team members for efficient order processing workflows
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required - we train from scratch!
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per day with occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Reliable transportation to our Scottsdale facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
