Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments using TMS platforms and carrier partnerships
- Manage inventory control systems to optimize warehouse space and reduce costs
- Process customs documentation and compliance for cross-border shipments
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and maintain real-time tracking visibility
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop cost-effective shipping solutions
- Analyze logistics KPIs to identify process improvement opportunities
- Maintain compliance with DOT and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in shipping coordination or logistics management
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Certification in logistics/supply chain management preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with INCOTERMS and customs procedures
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
