Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including documentation, carrier selection, and customs clearance
- Monitor shipment tracking and proactively resolve delivery delays or exceptions
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate inventory management
- Maintain compliance with international shipping regulations (DOT, IATA, TSA)
- Build and nurture relationships with freight carriers, customs brokers, and third-party logistics providers
- Generate and analyze shipping reports to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Implement process improvements to enhance shipping efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or shipping coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of domestic/international shipping regulations and documentation
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
