Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping operations including documentation, customs clearance, and carrier negotiations
- Optimize inventory management systems to minimize delays and reduce shipping costs
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS platforms and provide proactive status updates to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve shipping discrepancies and ensure compliance with regulations
- Analyze shipping metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Maintain accurate shipping records and generate performance reports for leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or shipping coordination
- Proficiency with TMS software (e.g., Oracle Transportation, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding of INCOTERMS, customs regulations, and international shipping protocols
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex logistical challenges
- Proven track record of optimizing shipping processes and reducing operational costs
- Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate across multiple time zones
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field preferred
