Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes, including documentation, carrier selection, and customs clearance
- Monitor real-time shipment tracking and proactively resolve transit delays
- Optimize warehouse inventory management to align with shipping schedules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, warehouse, carriers) for flawless execution
- Maintain accurate shipping records and compliance documentation
- Implement cost-saving measures in transportation and packaging
- Act as primary point of contact for clients regarding shipment status
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong knowledge of domestic/international shipping regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
