Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments across multiple carriers and transportation modes
- Maintain real-time visibility of freight movements and proactively address delays
- Process customs documentation and compliance paperwork for international shipments
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize loading/unloading efficiency
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Act as primary liaison between clients, carriers, and internal departments
- Implement and maintain accurate shipping schedules using TMS software
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency with TMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and international shipping regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Certification in logistics (CSCP, CTL, or CLTD) preferred
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
