Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse associates
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance
- Optimize inventory accuracy and cycle counting procedures
- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely deliveries
- Use WMS systems to track inventory and analyze performance metrics
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in distribution/logistics
- Strong leadership skills with team management background
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and warehouse technology
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proven ability to meet KPIs for accuracy, productivity, and safety
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Forklift certification and inventory management expertise
