Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including carrier selection, documentation, and tracking
- Manage inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishment
- Communicate with vendors, carriers, and clients to resolve shipping discrepancies and delays
- Prepare and process customs forms, bills of lading, and shipping manifests
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Maintain compliance with DOT, IATA, and international shipping regulations
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize loading schedules and dock operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or shipping coordination
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS software (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and hazardous materials regulations
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Associate's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
