Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes, including documentation, customs clearance, and carrier negotiations
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse operations to maintain optimal stock levels
- Collaborate with sales, procurement, and freight forwarders to resolve logistics challenges
- Implement and optimize shipping procedures to reduce costs and transit times
- Monitor shipment status and provide real-time updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards
- Analyze shipping data to identify improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems and MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with Incoterms, customs brokerage, and export regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
