Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including documentation, customs clearance, and carrier scheduling
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse logistics using WMS systems
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and optimize freight costs
- Collaborate with sales, suppliers, and carriers to meet delivery timelines
- Generate shipping reports and maintain compliance with DOT/FAA regulations
- Train staff on updated shipping protocols and software
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency with WMS and TMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and international shipping regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Forklift certification preferred
