Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
- Manage documentation (BOLs, invoices, customs forms) for compliance
- Track shipments and resolve transit delays proactively
- Collaborate with carriers, warehouses, and customs brokers
- Analyze logistics data to optimize shipping routes and costs
- Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate cross-docking activities
- Implement continuous improvements in shipping workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years in shipping/logistics coordination role
- Proficiency in TMS systems (e.g., MercuryGate, Blue Yonder)
- Familiarity with Incoterms and customs regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field
- OSHA certification preferred
