Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple carriers
- Manage documentation compliance (Bills of Lading, customs forms, certificates)
- Track and optimize freight routes using TMS software
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse coordination
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficient in TMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environment
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field
- Forklift certification preferred
