Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, ocean, and ground carriers
- Manage customs documentation, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Optimize routing to minimize transit times and shipping costs
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and coordinate with freight forwarders
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams on order fulfillment
- Generate shipping reports and KPI dashboards for leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination or supply chain role
- Expertise in Incoterms 2020 and customs clearance procedures
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Descartes)
- FCL/LCL container management experience
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure during peak shipping seasons
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
