Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including documentation, carrier selection, and route optimization
- Manage inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies using ERP systems
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and export/import documentation
- Communicate shipment status to clients and internal stakeholders
- Resolve logistics issues and implement process improvements
- Maintain accurate shipping records and prepare monthly reports
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Qualifications
- 3+ years of logistics/shipping coordination experience
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and export compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred for border operations
