Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including order fulfillment, carrier selection, and documentation
- Manage inventory tracking and reconcile shipping discrepancies in real-time
- Build and maintain relationships with freight carriers and logistics partners
- Prepare and process international shipping documentation (customs forms, bills of lading)
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to resolve delivery issues proactively
- Implement and maintain compliance with transportation regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics or shipping coordination
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certification in logistics (CSCP, CLTD) or equivalent supply chain education
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak shipping seasons
- Familiarity with international shipping regulations and Incoterms
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
