Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including documentation, carrier selection, and route optimization
- Manage inventory control and warehouse operations to ensure accurate stock levels
- Oversee customs brokerage for international shipments and compliance with trade regulations
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and maintain real-time shipment tracking systems
- Collaborate with sales, procurement, and warehouse teams to meet delivery deadlines
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Maintain compliance with DOT, OSHA, and international shipping standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or shipping coordination
- Proficiency with WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and TMS platforms
- Certification in logistics management (CLM, CPL, or equivalent) preferred
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, customs procedures, and export documentation
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training a plus
