Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS software
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with meticulous documentation
- Maintain real-time inventory records in SAP and Oracle systems
- Coordinate with procurement team for stock replenishment strategies
- Generate monthly inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory rotation protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during physical audits
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory control experience in warehouse/distribution setting
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table expertise
- Forklift certification (OSHA 10-hour preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
