Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping activities, including order processing, carrier selection, and documentation preparation
- Track and manage inventory levels, conducting regular cycle counts and reconciliation
- Optimize shipping routes and schedules to minimize costs and delivery times
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and customer inquiries regarding order status
- Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and sales teams to ensure operational alignment
- Maintain compliance with transportation regulations and company policies
- Generate shipping reports and performance metrics for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, shipping, or warehouse coordination
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of domestic/international shipping regulations and documentation
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
