Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using SAP and RF scanning systems
- Manage inbound/outbound stock documentation with 99.8% accuracy
- Coordinate with 3PL partners for cross-docking and warehouse transfers
- Generate monthly inventory variance reports for executive leadership
- Implement FIFO protocols and maintain temperature-controlled storage protocols
- Train staff on inventory management best practices and safety procedures
- Support annual physical inventory audits with external auditors
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Supply Chain Management or 3+ years inventory control experience
- Proficiency in WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active preferred)
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table expertise
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and navigate warehouse environments
- Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Experience with government contracting inventory regulations (FAR 45.1)
